Reviews follow your date
The board tells you the next move, and tightens the reviews as your date gets closer. A final rehearsal opens in the last five days.
Four decisions, none of them negotiable
These are held in place by tests, not by code review. If a test breaks, the change that broke the rule goes back.
An AI that asks, not answers
A chatbot hands you the answer and you feel taught. Demostra asks the answer of you.
Honesty is not punished
Saying “I don't know” still earns points. Punish the honest answer and the system stops measuring what it came to measure.
Attention is measured, never rewarded
The number of interruptions in a focus session is tied to no badge, no ranking and no streak. The measurement is your own mirror; the day it earns a reward is the day you have a reason to break it. No surveillance.

Each topic gets one piece of information: proven, blurry or revisit. Proof fades slowly as time passes over it — knowledge is not reset, it weakens.
This map never says “you are ready”; it shows which topics you can explain in your own words.
One move for today
The board puts days left, topics pending and today's load side by side, then names a single next move. Not a long task list — one sentence.
The order is fixed: the topic that did not hold, then the blurry one, then the one never checked.

Space base fee + per-student volume
Schools, courses and companies are billed on two lines together: a base fee by number of spaces, plus a per-student volume band. Billed annually. The founding-member exemption does not cover organisational use.

When a band is crossed, every student is priced at the new band. Adding a student never lowers the bill.
Seat entitlement
- Burns on assignment. A seat is spent the moment a student is added to a space; their leaving does not return it.
- Timing does not change the price. A student added mid-term consumes a full seat.
- Unused seats burn. They do not carry over, are not refunded and are not credited.
